The spa and gym will remain open and unaffected. - Balcony Access: Starting August 11, 2025, building management will begin covering balconies with protective plastic film as part of the exterior construction project. Note: Minors (less than 18 years old) do not count as one guest pass, but are required to be accompanied by an adult to access the pool. Walk – Brickell & Downtown area Metromover - gets you all around Downtown/Brickell for FREE. The closest station is Fifth Street Station, only a 5 min walk away Citi Bikes - you can pick up/drop the bike off at any station.
