SuCasa Vista

Welcome to SuCasa Vista, a newly renovated high-rise condo on the 48th floor at Icon Brickell. Sea views stretch from every room and bedroom, filling the space with natural light. Enjoy free access to the building's resort-style amenities — Olympic-size pool, jacuzzi, spa, and gym — plus a complimentary parking spot, normally $60/day. Presented by SuCasa Vacay.

5-10 min walk: Whole Foods (groceries), Brickell City Centre, free Metromover station & Brickell/Downtown restaurants

PLEASE NOTE:

• Pool Closure: The pool is closed Monday through Friday each week due to ongoing exterior construction. It will remain open Saturday and Sunday, weather permitting. The spa and gym will remain open and unaffected.
• Balcony Access: Building management has installed protective transparent plastic film on the balconies as part of the exterior construction project. During this time, balcony access is unavailable, and the view is partially obstructed. The listing photos show the film installed on the balcony doors/windows. The balcony is currently expected to reopen in December 2026, but this date is not guaranteed and may change.
• Potential construction noise: As part of the exterior construction on the building's façade, you may hear construction noise as the workers go through floor by floor.

We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

SEA VIEWS

Perched on the 48th floor, SuCasa Vista offers some of the best water views in Brickell. Sea views stretch from every room in the condo, filling the space with natural light from sunrise to sunset — wake up to the water from the primary bedroom, or take in the same sweeping views from the living room and second bedroom.

While balcony access is temporarily unavailable due to ongoing exterior construction (see note above), the interior views remain the true showstopper here — floor-to-ceiling windows keep the water in sight no matter which room you're in.

INSIDE THE CONDO

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together as one connected space, with sea views visible throughout — no matter where you are in the condo, the water is never far from sight. Designed with a beachy chic, modern coastal feel, it's a bright, inviting space to relax after a day exploring Miami.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, with cooking essentials, cookware, and all the basics covered.
