The spa and gym will remain open and unaffected. - Balcony Access: Starting August 11, 2025, building management will begin covering balconies with protective plastic film as part of the exterior construction project. We will go above and beyond to make your stay feel just like home. Note: Minors (less than 18 years old) do not count as one guest pass, but are required to be accompanied by an adult to access the pool. Walk – Brickell & Downtown area Metromover - gets you all around Downtown/Brickell for FREE. The closest station is Fifth Street Station, only a 5 min walk away Citi Bikes - you can pick up/drop the bike off at any station.
