Eight guests can comfortably gather at the large dining table and 3 can sit at the breakfast bar. ~THE GAME ROOM~ You can enjoy playing ping pong or remove the net, pull out the stylish benches underneath the table, and gather round and play some board games! ~MASTER BEDROOM~ This room features a king-size canopy bed and an ensuite bathroom. It offers views of the pool and canal. ~MASTER ENSUITE BATHROOM~ The master bathroom offers a rain shower head and a double vanity. ~SECOND BEDROOM~ This room features a bunk bed with (2) full-size beds, closet space, and a dresser. ~THIRD BEDROOM~ This room features (2) queen-size beds and plenty of closet space. ~FOURTH BEDROOM~ This room features a memory foam queen-sized bed. ~THE BATHROOMS~ All bathrooms offer premium toiletries including toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, hair dryer and more! ~THE OUTDOOR SPACE~ Enjoy our saltwater pool and comfortable poolside chairs. The house is exclusively yours, with no sharing with other guests. Enjoy unrestricted access to the private pool, backyard, and entire house. Aside from (2) cars that can park on the street, the driveway accommodates an additional: (3) Cars OR (1) RV + (1) Car OR (1) Truck w/ tow & boat + (1) Car There is a 3 car drive-way and 2 free parking spots for street parking in front of the house. ● Parties are NOT permitted in the home. STRICTLY ENFORCED ● Quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. At all other times, maintain reasonable noise levels. Any noise complaints will lead to the automatic cancellation of your reservation. STRICTLY ENFORCED ● No Pets are allowed ● Smoking is permitted on the backyard patio and is STRICTLY forbidden inside the home ● There is extra guest fee of $20 per night per guest for each guests after the 8th person staying due to extra supplies provided and additional wear and tear to the house. ● Additional housekeeping services can be arranged ● Infants & Children are welcome! ● We're committed to your satisfaction and comfort.
